A few days ago I was blogging about the negativity that surround us.

Sad that more and more bodies are recovered from that fateful ship at least burdens were eased from the relatives of those victims.

Anyway, mayroon pa rin namang masasamang balita but I'd rather not dealt on them now. Masaya at positive ang momentum ko lately kaya I want to savor and enjoy it habang nandyan pa.

Positive thinking really helps. Sabi ng isang friend ko na ituring ang bawat problema as a challenge or just make it another entry sa 'to do list'. Ewan ko kung healthy yun but siguro it helps.

Putting things in perspective and carrying them out without worrying too much makes it easier daw. Less hassle. Less stress. Less wrinkles.

I know. It's really easier said than done. But the way I look at him ay masaya siya sa buhay niya. Kung ganun ang mantra niya ay malamang malaki ang naitulong nito sa kanyang buhay.

Reflecting over the weekend, I (temporarily) resolve to be more optimistic. Focus on the good things happening in my life. Set aside muna ang ka-negahan.

For starters, I am making a list of personal things that made/make me smile lately.

-my niece Zoe turning 3, & she'll be wearing navy for her birthday party.

-my 'newly-employed' brother.

-KC's long overdue work promotion finally realised.

-Edz, in love again.

-both of them, getting fatter than me. lol

-my Ate, promising to buy a bag for me.

-my smooth waxed legs. haha

Those are just some of them. Kinda shallow but that's me. Mababaw lang ang kaligayan ko. Hihi

I hope that I will infect the optimism that I have now.

Wish ko lang ay makarating ito hanggang Vietnam at maiuwi ni Lola Jen ang Miss U crown.

Ok? Go!

red na talaga. 4 kinds of cloth.pongee for lining, tulle for 3 layers of underskirt, fine tulle w/ glitters for 2 layers of upper skirt then star satin for the bodice. that's a gown fit for a kid turning 2 years old pa lang.
