Tommy Hilfiger




Like every start of the year, we always make resolutions na kelangan ay matupad or magawa natin at the end of the year.

Taon-taon, I always have resolutions but most of the ones in my list, unfortunately, ay hindi natutupad.

Especially ang resolution na pina-promise ko every year but always fail.

I lack discipline kasi sa field na yun.

I am of course, like millions of people all over the world, talking about

LOSING WEIGHT.



Yes.

I do it every year. It’s always on top of my list. And at the end of the year it always end up on top of the list of resolutions pa rin na never natutupad.

This year, I am still including LOSING WEIGHT in my list of resolutions. Nasa top pa rin siya gaya ng dati but this time I will make a promise. Not only will I lose weight, I also promise to reduce my waistline, bidding farewell to my beer belly and hopefully getting abs.

Whooooooh!

Anymisery, I want to share with you my dear friends my probable ways of achieving my goals. If you happen to have the same resolution as mine, you can also follow these weight-loss tips. This is not something drastic. It’s a regular thing to be practiced. Religiously. So patience is necessary.

Here it is.



- I don’t eat breakfast but this year I’m going to everyday. A heavy one para hindi ako gutumin hanggang hapon. I will not eat a heavy lunch, dapat small bites lang. An apple perhaps and drink lots of water. If I crave for something I will just have coffee.
Tip: if you crave but you’re still not hungry, go to the bathroom and brush your teeth again. That way you’ll no longer want to eat something for that period of time kasi katatapos mo lang mag-toothbrush. Di ba? Hihihi



- Umiwas sa fast food. Huwag mag-shopping sa mall ng gutom. Kung nasa mall ka at gutom, chances are you want to grab a quick bite. Eh ano pa nga ba ang pinakamadaling puntahan kapag gutom, eh di fastfood. Magtiis ka bruha ka. LOL



- Minimize alcohol intake. Or better yet, stop alcohol intake. Pati softdrinks na rin. Go for diet sodas or fruit juices.



- Do sit-ups every morning. Kahit di ka pa bumabangon, mag-sit ups ka na agad. Hahaha



- Drink lots of water. Bahala na kung feeling mo ay para ka nang waterbed sa dami ng tubig na nainom, the more water, the better. Siguro. =P



- Dahil tamad at wala akong panahon mag-gym, the best exercise I can do is walk. In that case, maglalakad lang ako from house to bukid and vice versa. Kapag nasa ciudad naman ako, goodbye muna sa mga taxi. Maglalakad na ako papuntang kanto at doon mag-aabang ng masasakyan. Or lalakarin ko na lang ang papuntang mall, kahit abutin pa ako ng closing time. Char!



- Goodbye muna sa chocolates. Huhuhu



- I will start the above mentioned tasks tomorrow.





Waaaaaaaaaah!


I just hope at the end of the year I will achieve this nearly impossible goal.

Tommy Hilfiger would be very proud to see me no longer Tummy Ill-figure.

pinakamahalaga is change of diet, kasi it can also improve skin tones and brain functions.

dapat liberal sa fruits pero control sa meat, poultry at carbs.
ako i eat two kamatis at isang saging every work days for breakfast hihihi

ang dilemna kasi sa sugar at carbs, the m ore we eat these, the more we crave for them.

kaya di dapat, bitawan ang rice at sugar, dapat dahan-dahan ang pagbabawas.

ay mel mega support ako sa yo dito.

if you really want some carbs, eat camote. it is supposedly the least evil in the carbs family. gretchen eats lots of camote. i swear, i read this in an interview.

winner din ang saging, at marami yan sa davao no. or kahit anong fruits kase filling nga sila.

this is an unhealthy advice ning, but smoking also helps reduce your cravings. hihihihih.

natawa naman ako sa comment ni dabo, 'save the cheerleader, save the world' - so ngayon ikaw na rin si claire?

gaya ng sabi ko kay mugen, baliktad ako. i want to gain weight (sawa na ako sa high fashion/couture body - kaya mainstream naman, tipong pang hilfiger. chos!) but pure muscle mass.

gudlak na lang sa atin.

Sweetpea, you have my full support. As someone who's really into fitness, these are the things I could suggest to you.

You can eat a heavy breakfast and a normal lunch. Avoid eating heavy at night. Preferably, no meat for you. Just vegetables. Bawasan mo rin ang rice intake mo.

Fastfood is a real killer. Avoid at any cost.

Strictly water ka lang. Diet sodas and fruit juices doesn't work. Believe me.

Hindi ako nagsi-sit ups eh. Wala akong comment dito.

Drink lots of water. Pero wag ka magtataka if you still don't lose weight. Sa work out program, madalas ang 10-lbs decrease ay dahil sa tubig. Not fats.

Walking is good. Kanina nilakad ko mula gym hanggang kina tripper at inabot ako ng 30 minutes dun. Mind you mabilis na lakaran yun, kaya ngayon ang sakit ng binti ko.

Chocolates are good, basta eaten moderately.

Huwag mo ako gagayahin na pinapatay ang sarili dahil sa pagdidiet (kahit na nagwowork out) eat in moderation all the time.

I suggest the Payatas Diet. Ito ang 'Pinas version ng South Beach Diet. Nirecommend ito ng mga dolls ni Kuya Niel (One Sixth Sense). Very effective ito. You eat nothing kasi. =)
