Prom Dream

It’s prom season once again.

Back in high school, the outfits I wore during our prom was just very basic. Playing safe kumbaga. During my junior year I wore a simple white long-sleeve shirt with pinstripes, a light blue tie and navy pants. My senior year, I just wore a brown cotton long-sleeve shirt with mao collar kasi ‘di ko type magsuot ng tie. Sagabal kapag kumakain. Hahaha!

I envy these high school students nowadays. They have a wider selection of outfits to choose from. Fashion magazines are readily available and you can also surf the internet for more inspiration.

Now, if only I would have the chance to attend the prom again. Given that I become a beautiful 16-year old girl, 5’5” tall, and money is not an object, these would have been my options.

Gorgeous dress kaya lang parang over naman ito kung sa prom lang gagamitin. Pang red carpet yata ang look na 'to.

I like this dress because the cut is classic and lilitaw ang pagka-mestisa ko dito. Charot!

Victoria Beckham

The color is very bold and I like it. Walang embellishment kaya babawiin ko na lang sa accessories to complete the look.

Lela Rose

The print is quite unusual but interesting in a good way para sa prom and I think this will work. At least hindi boring ang dress ko 'pag nagkataon. Stand out.

Koi Suwannagate

Another black number pero you notice sa baba. Is that a green lining? Bongga!

Diane von Furstenberg

I love this short dress. Very flirty. Madali na lang itaas kapag feel ko makipag-makeout sa crush ko. Bwahaha!

Monique Lhuillier

Hindi kaya ako magmukhang foil nito? At least sosyal noh dahil kulay gold.

Erin Fetherston

Another short flirty dress. I'm sure mas lalong maloloka ang mga lalake nito kapag nakita nila ang aking long-legged legs. Hahaha!

Christian Siriano

Eto naman feel ko kung gusto ko ng grand entrance especially kapag late nang dumating, this will surely turn heads. Literally.

Simple, chic and modern. Just like me. No need to accessorize dahil itsura ko pa lang winner na. Charing!
