You know that I’m not into pork, chicken and beef anymore ‘di ba?

In fairness nakaya ko siya for more than a week now so I deserve an applause. Hahaha!

Anyway, I was home for a few hours last weekend so my bestest friends KC and Edz and I went out for dinner.

KC recommended this restaurant known for its ribs and chicken. I was having doubts considering the restaurant’s specialty is definitely not my preferred dinner but since it’s a restaurant I’m sure they have other stuff too.

So we went to this place with a very catchy name:

Lyndon’s World’s Worst Ribs and Awful Chicken.



You know I seldom promote commercial places but this restaurant deserves some love and attention.

I tell you, it’s the most heavenly food I’ve tasted in many years.

KC ordered the ‘worst ribs’ while Edz and I opted for the grilled panga and sautéed scallops.



They are ‘to die for’ ,gusto ko nang kurutin ang ribs from my friend’s plate. Hahaha!
The ribs are tender and juicy while the panga is grilled to perfection. The scallops are equally delicious you’ll want to have more rice.

If you’re going to be in Davao, never miss Lyndon’s.

I can’t believe they are 2 years old already and I’ve never been there before.
Don’t expect the place to be fancy. According to the owner, it was a garage converted into this simple yet homey eating place.

They are located at 740 Roxas Avenue (near Ateneo de Davao University), open from Mondays to Saturdays 11:00am to 2:00pm and 5:00pm to 11:00pm. They also have another branch in Bajada at Wheels and More Compound (a.k.a. Autoshop) which is open even on Sundays. Perfect, right?

Lyndon's definitely is not the worst nor awful. They are deliciously sinful, we're coming back for more.
